foot surgery

Laser surgery in our podiatry office is specialized for treatment of resistant warts. There are many strains of warts and it is estimated that some are easily treated with acid medications and others are very resistant to treatment. For those suffering from warts, which have failed more conservative care, we offer either almost painless pulse diode laser treatment or more invasive laser surgical vaporization of warts. Our office does not provide laser for fungal nails because our opinion is that new oral medications are generally safe, less costly, and more effective than laser treatment of fungal nails. New topical medications have also been become available for augmentation of healthier nails. Should you require laser surgery as discussed, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
